Refund policy

We want you to love your order from Live Laugh Lexi. If something doesn’t work out, eligible returns are accepted for store credit only.

Returns must be received by Live Laugh Lexi within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original resalable condition. Items with stains, odors, perfume, smoke, pet hair, makeup, signs of wear, or other damage may not be accepted.

Store credit will be issued for approved returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Store credit is valid for one year from the date it is issued.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you may place a new order and return the eligible original item for store credit.

Items discounted 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.

The following items are final sale:

• Clearance items

• Items discounted 30% or more

• Custom or personalized merchandise

• Made-to-order merchandise

• Swimsuits and swimwear

• Earrings and other items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

• Any item specifically marked Final Sale

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact Live Laugh Lexi within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 4 days of delivery so we can correct the issue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error by Live Laugh Lexi. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending a return.

Live Laugh Lexi reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements listed above.
